CANCELLATION POLICY

Once you have booked an appointment with us it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before it is scheduled to take place, you will be charged $49, $59 or $69, depending on the length of your session.

If you purchased an intro offer, we will use your visit unless you indicate  preference to pay the fee of $49 for your missed/cancelled appointment.

To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide 24 hours notice prior to your appointment. You can cancel or reschedule by email, calling our office, or cancel by replying to your email notification.
