What a beautiful place to be. Did yoga with Bo and looking forward to many more classes and getting my massage. The space is heaven. --Gina S.

Classes and Groups

As of March, 2020 we are offering 3 online classes: Yoga TuneUp and 2 Rusty Hinges sessions. We hope to open up the rest of the classes below when it is safe again to do so, with extra precautions for Covid-19.

Until further notice, please join us online!

Online Yoga Tune Up

Sun 10am-11:00am

Taught by Bo O-Connor-Hall | Pre-register or Walk-in

Yoga Tune Up is a unique movement format that blends traditional yoga poses, corrective exercises and self massage techniques to eradicate pain, improve posture and enhance performance. Each class offers an opportunity to identify the body’s “blind spots”- areas that are overused, underused or misused that cause pain and/or dysfunction. Once identified these areas can be healed, stretched, strengthened and reeducated to establish healthy pain-free movement patterns.

Online Rusty Hinges Yoga

Tuesday/Friday 10:30-11:45 am

Taught by Saskia Bergmanns Smith | Pre-register or Walk-in

In Rusty Hinges we build upon the foundation present in each student’s body, to strengthen, stabilize and in turn create more flexibility within the mind, body and spirit. The pace is steady, building endurance as the yogic postures become more familiar and known. Saskia is a seasoned teacher offering suggestions to create greater ease in the poses and in turn for students looking to deepen their experience within the poses. This class is excellent for beginners or those returning to yoga after a hiatus. Open to all levels.

Infant Massage Series (Temporarily Discontinued)

During this 4 week mini-series, you will be given the opportunity to learn how to understand your babies non-verbal communication patterns, soothe upset tummies, and improve sleeping patterns.
