Kundalini Yoga has something for every individual. Every class is different, some will increase your heart rhythm like a drum and others will bring you into a deep state of peaceful bliss, but each class always includes a Kriya and a Meditation. Through the use of pranayama, mindful movements, and asanas, you learn to connect to your body and come into neutral mind, finding healing and self love. I incorporate my fiery energy into each of my classes through the use of music from around the world and mindful encouragement to my students as they partake in their sadhana journeys. Being a musical and soulful individual, I often integrate a sound healing using crystal bowls and singing during shavasana at the end of class. All experience levels and ages are welcome. Come shower yourself in love and health through this magical, ancient practice of Kundalini Yoga.
