Here are some tips to get you started if you’re new to massage or yoga, or just new to The Well:

  • Yoga--like anything else, you’ll get out what you put in! For maximum benefit we recommend taking class at least twice a week. You’ll feel the difference as you get stronger and more flexible, your balance improves, and you develop tools for stress relief.

  • Check out our massage FAQ and our prenatal massage  info for answers to commonly asked questions.

  • See our directions to ensure a stress-free arrival your first time to The Well.

 

Let us know if:

  • This is your very first class or massage. (We get super happy when people try something new for the first time.)

  • Something doesn’t feel good in your body (we can offer variations and modifications that will work better for you).

Anything else?

  • If it’s your very first time to The Well arrive around 15 minutes before class to sign in, or 10 minutes before a massage to fill out your health form.

  • Have fun!
