Here are some tips to get you started if you’re new to massage or yoga, or just new to The Well:
Yoga--like anything else, you’ll get out what you put in! For maximum benefit we recommend taking class at least twice a week. You’ll feel the difference as you get stronger and more flexible, your balance improves, and you develop tools for stress relief.

Let us know if:
This is your very first class or massage. (We get super happy when people try something new for the first time.)
Something doesn’t feel good in your body (we can offer variations and modifications that will work better for you).
If it’s your very first time to The Well arrive around 15 minutes before class to sign in, or 10 minutes before a massage to fill out your health form.
