The Well for Women

1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking an appointment, using our website, or receiving services from The Well for Women, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

2. Services

We provide therapeutic massage and wellness services. Services are not a substitute for medical care, diagnosis, or treatment.

Clients are responsible for consulting a physician regarding medical conditions.

3. Client Responsibility

By booking services, you agree that:

  • You will provide accurate health information.
  • You will update us regarding changes in your health.
  • You understand massage may involve physical touch and manipulation of soft tissue.
  • You will communicate any discomfort during your session.

4. Cancellation & Late Policy

  • Appointments canceled less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee.
  • No-shows may be charged up to 100% of the service fee.
  • Late arrivals may result in shortened sessions.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. We accept cash, check, credit card, or debit cards.

Gift certificates and packages are non-refundable unless required by law. They do not expire.

6. Professional Boundaries

Massage therapy is strictly professional. Any inappropriate behavior or comments will result in immediate termination of the session and may be reported to authorities if necessary.

7. Website Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for unlawful purposes
  • Attempt to interfere with website security
  • Copy or reproduce content without permission

All website content, logos, branding, and materials are property of The Well for Women.

  • No sharing of SMS data: Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
  • Opt-in disclosure: By providing your number, you consent to receive automated informational and promotional messages.
  • Opt-out instructions: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to our number. We will send a confirmation message to acknowledge your request.

  • Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
  • By opting in, you agree to receive The Well for Women notifications and alerts.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Well for Women shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Well for Women from claims arising out of your misuse of services or failure to disclose relevant health conditions.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
